About Us

Hi, I’m Craig Weaver. I’m a Leadership and Executive Coach with 30 years of experience helping leaders grow, navigate change, and lead with impact.

My background is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which means I bring both a people-first and systems-based lens to leadership. Over the years, I’ve worked with small, medium and global organizations to align talent strategies with business goals—focusing on areas like succession planning, culture transformation, leadership development, and team effectiveness.

As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I’ve supported senior executives, emerging leaders, and high-performing teams—helping them set clear goals, uncover insight, build capability, and drive real, sustainable change.

Why do I do this work?

Because leadership is the single most scalable investment an organization can make, meaning; “I believe in leading not just with my title, but with impact.”

Executive coaching is a powerful catalyst for growth—not just in skill, but in vision, self-awareness, and purpose. It challenges you to rise above the noise, to connect deeply with your values, and to lead in a way that inspires others to grow alongside you. Great leaders aren’t born—they’re built, one courageous conversation at a time.

When people have the opportunity to grow as leaders, we see it in the numbers:

  • Companies with strong leadership development programs are 1.5x more likely to outperform their peers financially
  • Teams with high-quality leaders report up to 40% higher engagement and retention
  • And organizations that promote from within fill critical roles 30–50% faster, with higher long-term success

Beyond the metrics, I believe in leadership as a human journey. We grow at different stages—in moments of success, challenge, reinvention, and renewal. My passion is helping people make meaning of those transitions, reconnect with their purpose, and lead with greater authenticity.

Through CW Coaching & Consulting, I work with individuals, teams and organizations who are committed to building cultures of trust, resilience, and continuous growth.

When we develop leaders at all levels and stages of life, we don’t just strengthen our workplaces—we shape more thoughtful, inclusive, and courageous communities.

Community and service are core to my values. I’m honoured to serve as a volunteer Board Member with the York Region Out-of-the-Cold Program, a multi-faith initiative supporting homelessness through meals, shelter, and connection.
